以上作用在于：

A. 提供费率的平均水平以防止不恰当的取费条款；

B. 提供核心条款提示，以期摒除不合理条款因素，有利于适当维护甲方合理权益。

A. Make key suggestions for brand cooperation fee rates and core terms independent of the law company.

B. Cooperate with the planning of MOU and contract key terms negotiations and results signing.

C. Coordinate the briefing of the project start-up technical file.

The functions are as follows:

A. Provide an average level of rates to prevent improper collection clauses;
