C.关注全专业工作深化、工作协调性、工作汇报所达至的成果质量及预期性

D.关注项目所设定的各项工作指标前置化预控管理的实施效果，及时会同甲方提示与纠偏

E.关注项目的有效沟通与全局观念的统一性，配合甲方实施必要奖惩，以促进工作的有序推进

以上作用在于：

A.评估设计界面的合理性划分及100%设计覆盖率；

B. 结合品牌设计标准前置性安排设计概念、风格与材料应用的合理性，强化预算控制意识，规避过度设计带来的投资虚高；

C.结合整体计划统筹性组织与安排设计成果汇报、之间相互提资协调配合与闭环、品牌CDR审核，强化工作完成的时效性，规避整体计划延误；

B. Cooperate for the timeliness of the project's full-professional design integration, focus on tasks and plan completion.

C. Focus on the deepening of full-professional work, coordination, and the quality & expectation of results achieved by work reporting.

D. Pay attention to the implementation effect of pre-control management for all work indicators set by the project, and prompt and rectify them with Party A timely.

E. Pay attention to the effective communication of the project and the unity of overall concepts, and cooperate with Party A to implement necessary incentives and punishment to promote the orderly progress of the work.

The functions are as follows:

A. Evaluate the rationality of the design interface and 100% design coverage;

B. Arranged the rationality of the design concept, style and material application in combination with the brand design standard to strengthen the awareness of budget control and avoid the falsely high investment brought by excessive design;

C. Integrate the overall plan to coordinate the organization and arrangement of design results reporting, mutual capital collection and coordination with closed-loop and brand CDR review, to strengthen the timeliness of work completion and avoid overall plan delays
