北京柏廷国际酒店管理有限公司由公司董事长张锦成先生创办于2006年,涵盖文旅地产开发、房地产业开发、商业与酒店综合体开发等多形态业务,其中尤为深耕于酒店全过程开发领域,曾服务于大央企、大国企及大民企等多类型投资企业,以业务熟谂、服务严谨、实操及落地性强而蜚声业界。 公司核心业务:市场可研与定位、品牌比选与引入、设计整合与优化、工程统筹与协调、招采顾问与开业指导等全过程技术顾问服务。 随着珠海分部的成立,公司更加注重工作的全程、全局、全时、全心的服务观念,使工作各环节首尾相贯、预控闭环、即时回应常态化,立于更高广的维度为项目全过程建设以及未来大湾区的经济腾飞而全心贡献。

 

Founded by Mr. Zhang Jincheng, the chairman of the company, in 2006, Beijing Palatial Hotel Management Co., LTD. covers multiple forms of business such as cultural tourism real estate development, real estate development, business & hotel complex development, etc., of which it is especially deeply rooted in the whole process of hotel development, and has served multiple types of investment enterprises such as large central government-owned enterprises, large state-owned enterprises and large private enterprises, with mature business, rigorous service, practicality and implementation in the industry. 

 

Core business: Full process technical consulting services such as market R&D & positioning, brand selection & introduction, design integration & optimization, engineering coordination, public bidding consulting & opening guidance, etc.

 

As the Zhuhai Division is set, more attention is paid to the whole process, the overall situation, the whole time and the whole service concept of the company. It enables all aspects of the work to be linked at the beginning and end, with a closed loop of pre-control and immediate response to be normal and based on a higher and broader dimension for the whole process of the project construction and the future.
