以上作用在于：
A.各专业施工图纸深化过程或BIM精细化管理实施方案梳理跟踪，以期整体施工有序畅顺，并利于施工计划和效果的预期达成；
B.跟踪样板段阶段设备与材料应用的落地性，使预算控制得以实质化体现；
C.跟踪现场施工过程图纸变更、洽商、复核、确认等举证资料的完备性，规避可能的漏洞；
D.及时组织与协调设计、各专业顾问或自身外部资源及各施工方，解决应急问题，并通过日常或定期巡查消除针对施工计划有所影响的存在因素，令施工进展更加顺利；
E.跟踪各专业交叉施工过程的协调性安排，规避无序施工造成的干扰或大面积拆改。
A. Evaluation of overall construction plans and organizational plans for each field.

The functions are as follows:
A. Carry out a follow-up on the deepening process of construction drawings of each profession or the implementation plan of BIM refinement management, with a view to an orderly and smooth overall construction, which is conducive to the expected completion of the construction plan and effects;
B. Track the implementation of equipment and materials in the thin plate stage to enable budget control to be materialized;
C. Track the completeness of proof materials such as changes in drawings of the on-site construction process, negotiation, review, confirmation, etc., to avoid possible loopholes;
D. Organize and coordinate the design, professional consultants or their external resources and construction parties in time to solve emergencies, and eliminate the existing factors that affect the construction plan through regular or regular inspections to make the construction go more smoothly;
E. Follow the coordinated arrangement of the cross-construction process of each profession to avoid interference or large-scale dismantling caused by disorderly construction.
